1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Order & contact data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe, we receive confirmation and limited transaction details, never your full card number.
• Support data: messages you send us.
• Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it & legal bases

• To process and deliver your order and provide support, performance of a contract.
• To meet accounting and consumer-law obligations, legal obligation.
• To secure the site and prevent fraud, legitimate interest.
• Analytics, only with your consent (via the cookie banner).

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors and suppliers acting on our behalf, including:

• Stripe, payment processing.
• Our hosting provider, OVH SAS.
• AliExpress (Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited and the selling merchants). To fulfil your order we place it automatically through the AliExpress API, which means we transmit your name, delivery address, phone number and the items ordered to AliExpress and the relevant seller so the product can be shipped to you.
• Shipping / fulfilment partner(s), the carriers used by the supplier and local postal / courier services (e.g. DHL) to deliver your order.
• Google Analytics, only with your consent.

International transfers. Fulfilling your order through AliExpress means your delivery details are transferred outside the EU/EEA, including to China. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may also process usage data on servers outside the EU/EEA, including the United States. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses). We only share the data strictly necessary for each purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data are kept for the legal accounting period (generally 10 years in France). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, contact contact@nomaearplugs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
