- Order & contact data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe, we receive confirmation and limited transaction details, never your full card number.
- Support data: messages you send us.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use it & legal bases
- To process and deliver your order and provide support, performance of a contract.
- To meet accounting and consumer-law obligations, legal obligation.
- To secure the site and prevent fraud, legitimate interest.
- Analytics and marketing, only with your consent (via the cookie banner).
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with processors acting on our behalf, including:
- Stripe, payment processing.
- Our hosting provider, OVH SAS.
- Shipping / fulfilment partner(s), local public transportation and DHL to deliver your order.
- Google Analytics.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data are kept for the legal accounting period (generally 10 years in France). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
