Care & usage guide

Welcome

Thank you for choosing Noma Earplugs. Made by artists, for the crowd. These earplugs lower the volume around you by about 22 dB while keeping sound clear and balanced, so you can enjoy live music, protect your hearing, and rest more easily afterwards.

What is in the box

[Add any extra items, e.g. spare tips or sizes, if included.]

How to insert

  1. Make sure the earplug and your hands are clean and dry.
  2. Gently pull the top of your ear up and back with the opposite hand to open the ear canal.
  3. Insert the earplug with a slight twist until it feels snug and sealed, without forcing it.
  4. Repeat for the other ear. You should notice the volume drop evenly, not a muffled or blocked feeling.

If the seal feels wrong or uncomfortable, remove and reinsert. Never push an earplug deep into the ear canal.

How to remove

Take hold of the earplug and remove it with a slow, gentle twisting motion. Do not yank it out quickly.
